The responses were interesting. As expected some said cereal is a soup, and other said cereal was not a soup.

I slept in one day on the weekend, and then I made my way to the kitchen.
There they were – sourdough donuts. Okay, the donuts weren’t made yet, so there was a little bit of waiting, but damn, there is nothing better than “Hot donuts now,” especially when they are sourdough donuts made by your wife.

A few years ago we had a polar vortex weather system come through, and in our family, there is one member that doesn’t give a crap, literally, about the extreme cold weather.
That member of the family is our dog, Milo.
Milo is doggie litter boxed trained. Yes, there is such a thing as a doggie litter box, and Milo was trained to use it early in his life. Thank you, Secondnature!
I have to admit, though, that I don’t know who is more happy that our dog doesn’t have to go outside to do his doody when the weather is crappy, me, or Milo!

Even after all of these years, I am fascinated with the fact that our dog, Milo, really likes to lick my hands.
It’s not that I just handled raw meat or dog treats, it’s just at random times.
The vet said it’s probably because I’m salty. Yup, I apparently ooze salt.
