I stepped on the scale the other day, and try as I might I just can’t shed some pounds. I was trying to figure out why, and then it occurred to me, “Dude, too many donuts.”
Yes, I have this bad habit of stopping at a bakery on the way to work, get a couple of donuts, and snarf them down in the car.
Sure, it’s not every day, but it’s enough.
And so, I am professing here, that I will no longer stop for donuts on my way to work, at least until I am down 20 pounds.
If you see me at the donut shop on the way to work, feel free to tackle me and say, “Dude, no more donuts on your way to work!”
