Grillin’ at 3AM?

Okay, it was 4AM.

The necessity to grill a boatload of shish-kabobs arose the other day, and somehow the planning actually led to said necessity having to take place early in the morning.

So, there I was, in the 3AM hour lighting the Kamado Joe grill, and wondering if I would be joined by any of the critters that liked to visit our backyard.

It was all worth it, though, as the kabobs were a hit, and a skunk didn’t skunk me.
